Statewide multi-format advertising campaign developed in collaboration with Kalaimoku Group to drive awareness and participation in Hawaii’s Paid Internship & Job Placement program.

Role: Lead Designer / Creative Director (Display + Digital System),
in partnership with Kalaimoku Group.

  • Campaign visuals across print, transit, broadcast, and digital

  • Multi-language system (Cantonese, Chuukese, Ilokano, Korean, Marshallese)

  • OOH, social, web, and TV format adaptations (20+ specs)

  • Production-ready files 

Overview

Statewide workforce development campaign created in partnership with Kalaimoku Group for DLIR’s QUEST Disaster Recovery Dislocated Worker Grant.

Designed to increase awareness of paid internships and job placement opportunities across underserved communities, the campaign was executed across broadcast, transit, print, digital, and multilingual formats with full government compliance.
