Overview
Fong & Kazama is a hotel, investment, and retail brokerage team operating across Hawaii, Southern California, and Asia under the Colliers umbrella. The previous brand presence lacked hierarchy, cohesion, and digital consistency.

The objective was to modernize the identity while maintaining alignment with Colliers corporate standards. The redesign focused on stronger typographic structure, improved visual hierarchy, consistent layout systems, and scalable marketing templates.
